Spammers have been plaguing our email for years it seems, and AOL has fought them all the way. I have an AOL email address and my spam list gets smaller every week it seems. AOL has actually seized a spammer's car & is using it in a drawing--I think it is hilarious! Spammers should learn that their porche, and other things, will be taken away when they're caught!

Computer users just recovering from the MyDoom worm were hit with a very sneaky "Witty" worm. These virus developers were also very smart, making it spread without any user-action, creating no files so to be undetectable, and targeting computers with a known "back door". Luckily, it seemed to have subsided much faster that the MyDoom worm, but try to explain that good news to the people whose computers were ruined.

I think it would completely destroy our system of email if we were charged, even a penny, for every email. It would stop spammers, but it would also stop all the fun forwards you get, sometimes sent to hundreds of people. "Paying" with a puzzle would be better, however it would take more time to send an email, and would be a great burden for those who have problems with math.

I think it's awesome that we're able to do all the things we have with these Mars rovers. Seeing the same patterns in our atmosphere as in that of another planet tells us that we probably aren't the only life in the universe. Also, being able to see an eclipse from Mars will offer valuable insight to us. And it seems that the Mars rovers are still kicking!
